Lyrical Themes

How Close We Are celebrates the beautiful spiritual reality that believers in Jesus Christ enjoy now on this side of eternity. Lyrical double entendres highlight how we in Christ are seated together with him in Heavenly places. Could we be the final generation? Can’t you see how close we are to Jesus, to fellow believers, to the end of the age? We have safety in Jesus so nothing could ever tear us apart or take us too far away.

Jesus Wins bringing joy for all the world to see. Jesus saves all who believe. He washes away all our sins. Reconciliation is at the heart of the gospel; transforming you into awesome when you overcome by the shed blood of Jesus and the power of your testimony. As angels stand and applaud, let us worship him and understand that the devil loses and Jesus wins!

Back to Back we stand with fellow believers who stand up for the gospel of Jesus Christ and choose to believe in and share the solid hope of Heaven’s point of view over that of the empty promises and deceptive fear-driven media propaganda contrived by political agendas and a religious spirit.

Comfort is offered to those feeling hopeless in these perilous times. As we watch theatre of the absurd play out on the world stage, take comfort from the promises we have in God’s almighty Word knowing that the voice of the archangel and the trump of God will sound summoning the dead in Christ to rise up into the clouds. And then we who are alive in Christ will be changed in an instant and gathered up together with them to be with the Lord forever in Heaven. Comfort one another with this good news. 1 Thessalonians 5:11,14; Isaiah 40:1,2; Luke 21:28.

Freedom. Where the Spirit of God lives, there is freedom. Christ won the war on every battleground when He rose from the grave conquering the power of sin and death on our behalf. When we confess our sins to God, He is faithful and just to forgive us. When we surrender all we have unto the Lordship of Jesus, no chains can hold us down.

Hey You whose treasure is financial security, fame and power: If that’s what you’re depending on for success in life, then you are lost. You can’t take any of that with you, and it will amount to nothing when you pass into eternity because God will say to you: Depart from Me. I never knew you. But when you choose a personal relationship with Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior and live for Him, working His will in your life according to His Word, your money won’t be your lord. Your money won’t own you. God’s victorious love overpowers everything the devil tries to do to defeat you. Accepting His free gift of salvation by grace through faith is the one and only way to live a successful life and attain access to Heaven.

Those Who Overcome. As things get more strange every day and upside-down in this world, take joy knowing that there’s always hope in the world to come for those who overcome by the power of the Holy Spirit through the blood of the Lamb (Jesus) and the word of your testimony. Jesus is in the process of redeeming all that has been lost by sin.

Meant for Good. The devil’s goal is to kill, steal and destroy people. He wants to use us like pawns and get us to believe that God is mean and that He doesn’t care about us. But that could not be further from the truth, because He is faithful to meet every need. When we repent from sin, choose to believe God’s promises, forgive those who have hurt us (including ourselves), and lift of our losses and failures up to the Lord Jesus, He will be faithful and just to use those negative things in our lives to help bring about good in amazing ways. Romans 8:28.

Escape is an exciting instrumental piece that features Caspar McCloud’s matchless electric guitar work. As you listen to it, imagine how Jesus with mysteriously gather the faithful in the rapture of the church. Imagine how He is helping you even now to escape from sinful temptations and negative feelings and emotions and filling you more each day with His Holy Spirit power, mercy, grace, and extraordinary love with overflowing blessings.

Hold That Line sharing the gospel and walking it out in your life to occupy well. Let nothing take you off of God’s beautiful path of holiness. Don’t let people’s evil deeds and bad behavior pull you down. Keep praying for the lost – those who are at enmity with God, and let the light of God’s glory shine through you so that the lost would be won to the Lord. Abba Father will protect us through all the nastiness of this world. There is nothing to fear, Jesus holds all things together.

No Longer Conspiracy. Under the pretense of helping mankind, the Deep State has slowly but surely rolled out their malevolent global plan to dominate the world and lord their power over mankind through multiple nefarious manipulative agendas in order to establish their new world order. But whatever they ultimately succeed in accomplishing will be very short-lived because the Word of God tells us Jesus is returning soon to save His faithful remnant and destroy His enemies. These are the days to pay attention to.

Heaven Knows. As life gets harder and more challenging at every turn, we can choose to do what Jesus suggests we do in response: stay in His perfect peace. Heaven is watching. Heaven knows. Instead of becoming affected by the world, believers in Jesus can affect the world for Jesus. But that requires that we deny ourselves and pick up our crosses to trust and follow Jesus where He takes us. He’s promised to keep us from His wrath. He gives us His supernatural spiritual strength to enable us to operate fearlessly while we do all the good works He’s prepared in advance for us to do so that the Father in Heaven would be glorified.

See Things the Way You Do is a prayer for wisdom, spiritual clarity and breakthrough; acknowledging that we know God sees us worshiping Him. Most of the world is not seeking the truth, and they don’t want to listen to views that support the biblical narrative and oppose the overbearing official narratives parroted by main stream news media, and most in leadership positions. The song concludes with a prayer for the listener to be filled with the knowledge of God, His joy and hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.

When the Dream Is Over. Because now we experience reality only in part, our sensory perception shields from a number of spiritual dimensional realms. One might say we have spiritual cataracts until almighty God lifts the veil from our eyes. Until then, this life seems like a dream, especially when we consider it along side of God’s prophetic promises to return to earth in glory in His perfect timing to redeem all things and put the world back into proper order. The Word of God tells us that we who belong to the Father through Jesus will see Him face to face as He is, because He will transform us into our perfect, redeemed state. 1 John 3:2. Then we will receive our eternal rewards and rule and reign with Him forever in the New Jerusalem brought down from Heaven to Earth.

Deeper.  Jesus is the bread of life. He said in John 4:32 “I have meat to eat that ye know not of.” Deeper invites us to search the depths of the riches of spiritual food that Jehovah Jireh, God our Provider, has available to us in His Word. Come, let us go deeper, deeper into God’s grace. Let Christ take you deeper into His holy place. “God is spirit, and they that worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24. When we repent from all sin staying on God’s path of holiness and live in the perfect peace that Jesus offers, our living faith will be attractive to lost souls who are being battered about by fear and distress. When we extend mercy, tenderness and comfort to them with the good news of the gospel, the Lord Jesus, through His Holy Spirit, opens the door to their aching hearts. “Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:20. He invites them to accept His wisdom and righteousness, filling their emptiness with His perfect peace and redemptive love. “And He who sits on the throne said, ‘Behold, I am making all things new.’” Revelation 21:5.
